What is for breakfast this morning?
« on: June 04, 2017, 04:42:28 am »
When I get back from the store this morning, I will cook small grits with butter and toast
and some green tea. Still not ready to eat too much since my tooth was removed yesterday
and the area and jaw are still tender.

This is a must have for any morning! I made these last week for the 1st time and my family loved them! And I made them again this morning! Great for the work/school week for a quick run and go breakfast.

Broccoli, spinach, sausage and cheese mini omelets! Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray cupcake pan with cooking spray, have broccoli, spinach & sausage prepared and set to the side. Whisk 10 eggs, a little salt & pepper, fill each cupcake hole about 3/4 (not all the way or it will over flow when baking). Then I just put shredded mozzarella cheese (you can use any cheese you like) inside the hole along with spinach, 1 broccoli floret, 4-5 pieces of sausage cut small and topped it with shredded monterey jack cheese. Put it oven for about 20-25 mins and topped with more cheese. Let sit for a min or two and viola! Yummy mini omelets. :)

Enjoy your breakfast today what ever every one is eating! :)

I had small bowl milk and honey bunches of oats cereal.  Also had stuffed sticky rice, wrapped in tea leaf.

coffee, and piece of bread with peanut butter. I want something quick when i wake up. In the winter, I take more time to fix something.

I live alone, so don't have to worry about others.

I think it's a French Toast kind of morning.   Of course with a strong cup of coffee, or two.    :)

Well I got a big surprise at breakfast this morning. My husband usually gets into the kitchen to have breakfast about an hour before I do in the morning and he usually leaves me a bowl of granola, raisins and nuts cereal with a banana and coffee when he finishes. This morning when I came downstairs to the kitchen, there were scrambled eggs, sausages, toast and coffee waiting for me.
