Well, the heat is ON.  We keep getting heat advisories, too.  Still, I look back and say here in TX we are lucky to have had only a couple of triple-digit temps so far even though the heat index has exceeded that.  They are unavoidable now.

Been in the triple digits for like 4 weeks now the other night was 80 degrees at 11:00 pm! yup happy summertime

Couple weeks ago it was near 120 and seemed like there were wildfires covering the whole state. Today it's pouring buckets and the streets are flooding. Hope that at least put out the fires :/

In VA, it's gloomy-looking but it's not really hot and there is a breeze. It's supposed to rain this evening thru Saturday.
