Try keeping a post it note by your laptop/computer that way every time you are online that might help you to remember to 
do your posts, it is easy to forget; especially if you are like me  when I sign on to FC  I sometimes start doing different  things to earn money, and can forget about going to the forum to post.

This is why I tend to construct all of my posts during the first week of each month. Otherwise, I, too, am prone to forgetting to post to the forum. Note: Remember to construct CONTRIBUTORY posts, not nonsensical one-liners.
