The best way to get rid of seeing spots before your eyes is to take vitamin e pills.

I happened to notice this whenever i'd take vitamin e.  Give it a try, it really works.

I've been aking vitamin e daily for about 2 months now, and after a long while on the computer,  I still see spots sometimes.  Not to say that it doesn't work though.

Seeing spot and squiggly lines before your eyes is a sign of a potential stroke.So I've heard, but don't quote me on that.

I think my MIL told me once it was protein and pigment from damage to your eyes.  But best bet would be to ask your doctor about it.  Could be something potentially serious.

If you are seeing spots you really need to go see an eye doctor. I had this problem several years ago. I too started taking vitamins and it helped, temporarily. When the vitamins stopped helping, it was too late, I now have permanenet eye damage. I am not trying to scare you, but I am encouraging you to see an optomitrist. It may be something as simple as getting glasses or changing a prescription, but don't put it off! Don't be stubborn like me!
