anyone having trouble with junk mail/telemarketers

Most people on here make a different e-mail account so that when they sign up for offers, their inboxes arent overloaded with spam. And also, I give companies my home phone number and keep the ringer turned off because we only use that phone line for the DSL. We use our cellphones all the time, never the house phone.

Good idea, I got a Magic Jack and give them that number. I only use it for marketing and if they call me I market to them.

I agree, be ready to pitch the people calling you...because they have the worst(in my opinion) job in the world.

i get alot of phone calls  from people trying to insist i buy things.

I just set up a free voicemail with its own phone number.  You can do it for free and it definitely solves the problem.  Just do a little googling and you'll find something that works for you!

I have been receiving a lot more telemarketere calls, but I ignore them. I get a LOT of junk email, but it if filtered so I just delete it. I am a member of a site that pays me to receive junk mail, so I have not noticed anything there. I have been getting a lot of random samples in the mail though lol. If you get a lot of telemarketer calls do like I do...try to sell them some crap at your house lol! After you talk about your junk for a minute they hang up LOL!
