never smoked, have asthma and smoke is a trigger.....so I stay away from smokers.  (I don't know how smokers can stand to have that smell on everything, their clothes, their cars, even their poor pets...it's so disgusting.)

I used to smoke 2 packs a day for many many years ... about 5 years ago I decided that I was going to slowly ween myself off of real cigarettes and use an e cigarette .. that took about 4 1/2 months .. I have not touched a real cigarette since April 15, 2012 but used nicotine in my ecig for the next several years.

In March 2016 I switched to a vaporizer using E juice and began cutting down the nicotine level.  By August 2016 I was at 0 Nicotine ...

I still use my vaporizer here and there because I actually enjoyed smoking but am not addicted to the nicotine anymore. At some point in time I will ditch the vaporizer completely.

Nah, I quit years ago. The only time I ever smoke a cigarette is if I don't have my SNUS, which is a tobacco pouch you suck on and doesn't make a mess. No spit or anything. It's like sucking on a nicotine mint.

i was the only one in my family who didnt smoke. You couldnt pay me enough to ever smoke.

I don't smoke and I've never smoked, but that's my own choice. I do have some friends that smoke. And for those of you who have chosen to quit smoking, I must say I admire you a lot. I know that it can be such a challenge. You show some remarkable willpower in the choice, so I want to give you appreciation and applause!

I've never smoked. I have to admit there is something appealing about it, but the actual smell of it second hand makes me choke so much that I've never felt the need to light one of my own. Plus yknow, cancer

I smoked a few cigarettes in college, but as soon as they put a warning on the label, I couldn't do it any longer. My uncle was a tobacco farmer.  I still remember how it looked and smelled in the barn where he hung up his tobacco to dry.  Back then, you never knew that smoking could be bad for your body.  When I learned the facts, for me, it didn't make sense to continue.
