I am usually up at the same time (or earlier) on weekends than weekdays.  Something about NOT having to go to work motivates me to get up and get moving!

Believe or not? Many years ago after working fulltime: M-F 8 to 5, Saturday was my only day to take some college classes, offered specially for working people.                 So, I completed some college courses this way.

My sons wake me up at around 9:15 regardless of what day it is.  I guess it is a good thing because I would probably just keep sleeping. Days they both work I nap for hours. I don't know if it is due to my heart issues or sleep apnea or what. Oh well I love to sleep no doubt about it.

I used to be a morning person through and through, and I still admit I adore the feel of an early day - the morning with its cool temperatures, the peacefulness and stillness of the time, that sense of awakeness and newness. I do like mornings still. But I messed up my sleep schedule in grad school, and now I'm still trying to readjust. It means that I am often sleeping in between 11 and noon. At least it's better than when I was nocturnal and would go to bed at 3 PM every day!
