If you click on an offer for a survey and the survey requires 2 days then you get paid an extra incentive from that company for participating.
Do you get paid what fusioncash offer at the sametime you get paid for the extra incentive from the other company or are you suppose to get paid immediately from fusioncash and wait the 4-6 weeks from the other company to receive it all?

It depends on the survey. Some surveys will pay the initial qualification instantly then pay for the second part later. Others will pay for it all together. Other companies will pay you separately. It depends on the content of the survey and what else was required.
