Stress Overload
« on: April 11, 2017, 03:38:50 pm »
I am so stressed it isn't funny.  I just finished spending all my savings fixing my car and now the check engine light is back on, my two grown sons are living with me now that their dad died & they are making my life miserable, My house is in disrepair and I don't have the money to fix it.  I have several significant health issues and can barely walk due to childhood scoliosis, and I am lonely.  Now that I have whined I know even with all this I have a lot to be thankful for but I sure wish things would change for the better.

I'm sorry to hear this as well. I know things can get so difficult at times, right now I'm struggling with some personal issues of my own. I have to say your dog is beautiful, my girlfriend had a shih tzu that looked just like that, unfortunately her dog just died a couple months ago  :(

Whenever I feel stressed I try to remember to take extra vitamin B complex.  Vitamin B is great for both; mental and physical health.  You can get vitamin B from meat and dairy but sometimes it's a good idea to take supplements; especially, when you're dealing with a rough phase of your life.

Take good care of yourself.
Have a great day!

I am sorry to hear how you are feeling but try to do something to help relieve some of that stress because it is not good for you.

I think you need to get your two grown sons to help out. They should not be given a free ride, that should help your stress in several ways. I will keep you and your family in our prayers. Good Luck!!

I'll never understand how grown adults can come back home and just mooch, laze and take for granted.  I mean I understand we all got through hard times.  My own mother has backed me several times.  I never intended on mooching though.  I'd do dishes, prepare meals, clean areas she shouldn't be climbing ladders to get to anymore.  There are hundereds of things one can do to help... even if it's not financial.  Sounds like some big boys need a big kick in the rump.

I'm so sorry for everything you are going through. Have you thought about creating a gofund me page to help with auto repairs? You might be able to earn a little to at least get your car repaired.

I know so many people can identify with you.  Stress is rampant in this world, but there are tools you can use to help.  I've found energy medicine exercises to be wonderful.  They may not get rid of your problems, but they will help you deal with the stress, and that can be major.  Look up Donna Eden on the Internet if you are interested in learning how this can help.  Her 5 minute daily energy medicine routine is amazing.
