I love vegetables! I'm thinking of becoming a vegan. 

Unfortunately, I love bacon and cheeseburgers. Not really compatible, eh?

I like vegetables...except for dark leafy greens.  I know they're good for you but baby spinach is the only one I like... everything else is too bitter >.<

Try sprinkling just a little sugar on the greens to make them more palatable for you. Just a thought.

It's what I do when something is too sour or bitter; foodwise, that is. Doesn't work on people.

I love to eat my veggies. I just don't cook them like I used to due to less time.

I'll eat anything green, beans, collards, peas,broccoli, asparagus, cabbage, love corn too.

Yes I eat vegetables.  Fresh garden peas are some of my favorites, but I like pretty much all vegetables.
