I also am in the same boat as you.  I've been looking on other help forums and this is the best advice I can give you for now.   I registered today, and my best guess is to give it a few days and see if the credit comes through tomorrow or later this week.  I hope this helps you.

I have figured it out, and I have got it immediately applied to my account.   I'm laughing now because its really easy.   the best way is to go to the support link, you will get an automated help service pop up.   Type the question "how do i get my $5 sign up bonus?"   The system will respond and you will find a link the the registration page, where these is some tiny field you may have missed (this was my error  -- forgot b-day and gender -- lol).  Once you fill this in you should see the credit immediately.   (by the way, make sure you have confirmed your email and phone too)

Wow that is very strange. My $5 got credited immediatley after I signed up for fusion cash. If I were you I would send an e-mail to Kohler (administrator) and see if he can figure out what went wrong.

It took almost 4 weeks for my $5 bonus to credit. Don't worry you will get it, just be patient.
