Your breakfast sounds yummy, but those items are no longer on our diet.  My go to breakfast is a bowl of cereal with almond milk and kefir.  My son-in-law calls me a cereal alchemist.  I usually include three kinds of cereal, blueberries, figs, prunes, bananas, and almonds.  I sometimes eat sausage and bacon if it's low fat.

I love French toast for breakfast with lots of butter and powder sugar instead of syrup.

I love breakfast foods...
My favorite is pancakes &/or waffles with butter & syrup.

My usual, also a favorite, is vanilla yogurt with strawberries & granola... also Yum :)

I love the Carnation's Instant Breakfast drink. It is fast and you can turn it into a fruit slushy on the go.  :thumbsup: any flavor.

Lately I've just been drinking a vegan protein shake in the morning or a smoothie. I'm busy in the AM so don't want to be moving around with a full meal in my stomach. Later in the day I'll have a yogurt or a bagel with peanut butter.  :heart:
