Yes those like the Disney banner are awesome.  I am not a fan of hyprmx,  the 10 step countdowns that you have to  babysit and the timer is a separate page drives me nuts,  it is about impossible to even eat breakfast while doing it and it only yields .01, it falls into the category of last resort.

I abandoned the videos awhile back. I'm just doing surveys now. I have enough sites sending me emails that I qualify for that videos aren't worth it unless I'm just bored.
