The alert I received for North Texas today:

" ...FROST ADVISORY will expire at 10 am CDT this morning... Temperatures have risen in the mid 30s to lower 40s. Thus the Frost Advisory will be allowed to expire at 10 AM."

I'm almost embarrassed to post this in light of the fact that so many in the Northeast are battling blizzard-like conditions.  Please stay safe and warm!

Consider yourself lucky!  It didn't hit that bad in my area of northern Ohio, but it was enough to close the schools down. My daughter had to spend the entire day sitting bored at a side table in my office!  She did do some homework that is due later this week at school and made me a nifty crayon colored bookmark!
