Where do you buy lemon water? I don't think I've ever seen it in Costco or BJ's which is where we buy our bottle water. I am trying to drink more water too. It is very good for the body to drink water on a regular basis.

Good that's the best thing you can do. Stay away from soda.

I don't drink soda.  I only drink water using a filter and different teas.

Another alternative if you don't like the taste of plain water is to drink carbonated water. I use a Soda Stream machine to make it and I don't put any of the sugary additives in it. I just drink it plain.

I know some people hate the taste of it :P, but I and my Sig O love the taste of it and we drink much more water.  8)

Definitely. I used to drink soda's (Mt Dew in particular) all day long and never realized that it (the soda) was making me sick. Until I started drinking water more and now I love water. Both of my girls are water drinkers as well. I drink one (8 oz) soda  day for the caffeine and to quinch my 'taste' for the fizzy drink. But always water.

I made a conscious decision to eliminate soda a month ago. It's hard but I don't miss it that much. But I guess it's cheater if I indulge in a 7-11 slurpee once in a while.

I haven't had any soda in over 8 years.    always drank 7Up  then I went to diet 7Up  and then just stopped drinking it altogether.  Have mostly gotten away from drinking or eating anything with caffeine  in it.  lost about 10 pounds when i stopped drinking soda also
