I know there's a lonely stigma attached to being a "cat lady" but if it makes you happy honey adopt away! lol Besides, animals are more loyal than people- from what I've heard; I don't have any pets yets but we'll get a puppy later this year.

I'm owned by 4.  Two were adopted from the local rescue and they got along so great, I didn't want more.  Then a stray kitten attached itself to my pant leg one night when I came home.  I told him he couldn't stay, but then I figured "what's one more"?  So he's still living here.  lol

And then there was a little cat, the most pitiful looking sight (flea infested, underweight, missing 90% of it's fur, swollen tummy---worms, etc.)  The owner said they were considering euthanizing her because she had "no quality of life".  The owner gave her to me almost a week later.  The first "girl" cat I've had in years.  She's doing 95% better, is so HAPPY she smiles.

I'm crazy about ALL of them.  I'd gladly have more if I had the time & space.  No one with cats is ever "lonely".

have to be careful, that's how it went with our family. my son feeds every stray around. we have one fixed indoor cat that is 13 yrs old next month..then we started out feeding two strays, they show up with friends...have had several show up, have kittens and leave. then show up have MORE kittens...leave. so we can never catch them to get them fixed!

I was a cat girl for years till we had a baby. We gave it away. it was a problem.

I don't like them any more. My grand-daughters have several, and it seems like everything in their house moves.

Creeps me out. Sorry cat-lovers,

I used to be one you.

Aww how sweet. I would love a cat but have a horrible allergy to cats.

I'm also a cat person. I don't think I would be if my mother didn't always have to have at least one cat!
