Do you prepare and pack your lunch the evening before work or the morning before going  to work?

I try to get it ready the night before but lately I throw something in the cooler that morning and then regret it before lunch time rolls around.

when I worked full time I packed my lunch the night before.I never have enough time in the morning to do much.
Now that I only pack a lunch a couple times a week it's a pretty even spilt between the night before and the morning  :rainbow: :peace:

I am usually at work by 9:00 each morning.  95% of the time, I am making and packing my lunch at 8:55!

I am retired so don't have to prepare my lunch for work anymore, but when I did work, I just threw an apple and a Chobani yoghurt with a spoon and napkin into a bag quick like a bunny before work every day.

I don't work but I pack my boyfriends lunch every night for work the next day. He drives for a medical transportation company and used to just eat out all the time while driving. He's trying to lose some weight so I am packing healthy foods for him. ;)

I mostly do it after dinner time just to get the leftover food that I did not finish for lunch, Never packed it in the morning due to rush.
