      Not really...because thanks God I have no major medical problems. I am on the preventive side of health problems. I watch my diet, exercise regularly, follow my daily routine and take supplemental vitamins.

No. I never take drugs or medications as they are NOT food. The only “medicine” I take are real whole foods as they provide the necessary vitamins and minerals, carbohydrates, lipids, proteins etc.

I have really bad allergies which turn into phlegm which, if too much goes into my stomach, I throw up so, twice a day I take a prescription nasal spray, once a day I take zyertec and top of that my Vitamin D is so low that daily I have to take a 5000mg pill.

Started an anti-depressant/anti-anxiety medication last month. So I've been taking that everyday along with a multivitamin. Well, the multivitamin when I remember.

I take a lot of meds daily, have diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, pain meds too.

No! Thank God!!!! There was a time in my life when I got a serious infection that almost took my life. I was put on different medications, which gave me so many side effects. None of the medications  worked. I needed surgery to drain the infection
that could have went straight to my brain! I'm very thankful that I do not need to take medications daily. I can sympathize with anyone who needs to take medication on a daily basis . I'm sure it can not be easy with all the side effects these medications bring.

I take vitamins, always take Tylenol and nsaid and the pms. I try not to take too much pain killers higher than otc. Doc said it's my age, What dose he know!!!!!

I take 4 prescribed for depression, diabetes, cholesterol, & high blood pressure! The rest are vitamins & supplements! My goal's is to stay at 4 prescribed medications only! Don't want to end up like my parents who take a plethora of medications it would pass for a complete meal!
