I had a tuna sandwich with fries yesterday. I did not feel like cooking. I will be cooking today though.

Last night I made a burrito with black beans and soy cheese. Unfortunately I think that i have a lactose sensitivity and am trying to cut it out and see what happens.

We went to a surprise party so no cooking for me!  Had a delicious Italian meal - salad, pasta, meatballs, chicken parmesan and cannoli and cookies for dessert.

I have been at my desk all day, every day, since the beginning of the year with hours averaging right around one hundred per week so going out to dinner/preparing dinner has not been a 2017 thing. I did make it out for dinner January eighth because I had a restaurant coupon that was due to expire. I promised my wife that I would take her out eight time in 2017.  My wife has a few one hundred dollar gift certificates for different restaurants, asked if I wanted to go out last night but I had to decline. She was a tad bit bummed but I reminded her that these hours, production and subsequent paystub were allowing her to go to Europe. She ordered a pizza and I ate at my desk. Pretty much the second hot meal I have had this year.

Last night I ate fast food. I'm guilty of that more than I want to admit.

We had  baked chicken, golden potatoes boiled whole with green beans seasoned with butter, sliced tomatoes and fresh cucumbers.  Tonight it will Chopsuey and Chinese noodles. and again made with chicken and lots of veggies. Hubby  doesn't complain too much about not having beef. We do once a month. He is not suppose to have much of it.

We had burgers, hashbrown casserole and baked beans. Looks like tonights going to be leftovers from last night.
