We have half of a chocolate bar cake left from last night that we buy from our grocer.  It is one layer of chocolate brownie, one layer of chocolate cake, a little chocolate frosting on top with walnuts sprinkled on it.  Also somewhere in there is a few chocolate chips.  It is chocolate chocolate and more chocolate.  So we will finish that tonight with a small dollop of vanilla ice cream.  Yum Yum

My favorite kind of chocolate cake is made right in the pan it is baked in. You put the flour, sugar and cocoa in the pan and stir it until the brown color is evenly distributed. Then you make three deep depressions in the mixture and put in oil, vanilla and vinegar (of all things!). Stir it all up and bake and out comes the most delicious moist chocolate cake you have ever tasted. It is topped with a very creamy white frosting. Yummy!
