I took a survey before Christmas about joining Screenwise Select Panel to monitor my internet usage. The company sent me a router to use and instructed me to download a chrome extension and also a meter on my smartphone. I completed the task on December 30, 2016. I was sent a $10 bill with the router and was told in the Welcome letter I would receive a $50 installation bonus and $30 a month for keeping everything active. It is allegedly being done by Google. I have emailed the company regarding my Installation bonus and was told it takes 5-10 business days to be put into my account. I emailed last Friday (10 business days later) and was told with the weekend coming up, I may have to wait until Tuesday. Well, as of today, Tuesday, I STILL do not have my bonus!!!

Has anyone here also joined the Screenwise Select Panel? If so, are you getting any compensation from them? I'm about ready to request a shipping label and send their dang router back to them. But, the $30 a month sounds good if they pay it!!!  ;)

What would you do? Any suggestions?

I don't know if that's the same as the Digital Reflection meter that I got late last year. I did get paid the first $50 from them, but then I cancelled my account, because it messed up my internet terribly. I think it just wasn't compatible with HughesNet; at any rate the internet was so slow as to be unusable.
Even if it's not the same company, I don't think you have to worry about it being a scam. It's still early yet, today, so the bonus will probably still come. I know I had to wait several weeks to actually get paid by Digital Reflection, but I did get the money. As long as everything is working fine, I know I would keep the meter for that $30 a month! But that's your own decision to make.

I have no personal experience with these, but this has always been a concern of mine when it comes to the "get paid to let us monitor your activity" offers. I'm less concerned about privacy issues than I am concerned about them bogging down my bandwidth.


Even so, this does sound like a decent payout if they legitimately pay. Good luck!

I'm on the screenwise panel but I don't have any equipment. I just have the extension installed on my browser and one of my phones and they're paying my $2 every week. It's not a lot but at least it's something.

I just joined this screenwise panel a few day ago waiting on the router. I wont know any more info until I really get into it. I will update on my progress.

Never heard of this company.  But I am always suspect if they want to see everything that I am doing.  I  will be watching this thread to see what comes of this.

I just received my router. I've been a member of Screenwise for awhile though and always been paid. I'll have to see how it'll work since they switched over my original account to another company for payments but it's still the Screenwise apps and extensions
