I am into fresh and frozen for best flavor and texture. Canned veggies are soggy and full of sodium.

I only like certain veggies fresh and frozen. I have only found canned green beans that we like. I do not like any of the fresh ones or the frozen ones.

We always use only fresh or frozen vegetables, except for things like olives and mushrooms. Fresh from the garden is the absolute best, of course, but unfortunately we don't have a garden year round due to the cold winters, so then we have to settle for frozen vegetables or whatever fresh vegetables are reasonably priced at the store.

I have a tough time finding vegetables I really like but I know I need the nutrients/minerals and fiber that they offer.  One of my favorite vegetables is canned italian tomatoes.  Italian means that there's garlic and oregano in the tomatoes.

I also like to steam fresh asparagus.  Sometimes I'm in the mood for potatoes; but I don't know that I can consider them a vegetable because, on most diets, they are considered a starch because they convert to simple carbohydrates in our bodies.

Have a great day!

I usually use just fresh, but I needed some white corn for Christmas, so I used frozen & couldn't even tell the difference.

Because of dental problems, we have smashed fresh veggies at home.

Love fresh veggies in spring, summer, and fall from the garden.

Winter,  my lil freezer is full from garden over-flow.

Fresh or frozen, most of the time my own.

Most frozen vegetables taste weird to me. I prefer fresh veggies.

It depends on what i am going to make.  Mostly it is fresh or frozen, but once in a while i will use canned if i can not get to the store or in our case the store  does not have real fresh  veggies.  Sometimes they don't have the frozen in stock so then it is canned.

I love eating fresh veggies.  I do it in a shake with almond milk
