Lots of companies do this, then we complain about no jobs here.  We need to decide if Americans having jobs or cheaper things, without a lot of people out of work is what we want.  Survey companies, I do not know how you could stop since there is not actual manufacturered goods.

I didn't either.  And I didn't say most.  I said some.  And I have seen them from several countries.  France, the UK, India, Canada, and others.

We have people from India calling us on the phone trying to sell us something so it doesn't surprise me they are involved in the surveys.

I don't care where the surveys come from, as long as I can qualify for them. That is the biggest issue I have.

Yeah, cheap labor. Just like "support" calls or "chat support" at websites often have foreign names. If the name is not foreign, often the person talks, email, "chats" like English is not the first language.

Had a problem with a very prominent malware protection site recently. They accidently cancelled my payment for renewal because they were careless and did not double check the info I gave them. Two of the three had very unusual first names.

It was not fixed. Not sure what I am going to do about it.

interesting...I did not know this. I don't do many surveys. I rarely qualify for them.
