Yes, I do every year and I be successful until the end of summer and I start my bad habits, but this year I plan to stick with it all year.  Good Luck to everyone on this weight lost journey. :D :thumbsup:

The first day is always the hardest; in my experience your confidence and motivation builds after that, especially when you get the desired results so keep trying and good luck!

     The same old problem: Avoid junk food...and you will lose weight. Drink plenty of water and exercise periodically.

Yes New Years Resolution, I always fail but at least I do lose some pounds each time :) And 95% of the time keep it off :)

Im am doing a combination of different plans, something that works better for me

I have a major problem with loving desserts like cookies, cakes and pies. Any baked good will do. Have to cut that stuff out altogether to lose weight.

I'm convinced that different things work for different people.  I've tried a lot of different diets and I don't like anything that's too extreme because I'll only stay on it for a limited time.

I also think it's important to find a way to get nutrients if you're going to cut back on calories.   :heart:

I have tried many. The only one I could ever stick with was cutting out sugar. One of the big reasons I stick with it is because of my teeth.

NO diet for me.... even if I might need too loose a couple of pounds, I just love food too much and it is hard for me to say no.... :)
BUT instead of doing something drastic. I suggest eating more fruits and veggies... that helps a lot!!!

My husband lost 30lbs on Atkins he buys bread from a low carb store .He eats mostly meat and salads and eggs bacon .Its kind of limiting no pasta ,rice  has worked for him.

I dont have the funds to buy pills or powders. And I would rather do it naturally. I find that it helps ALOT to keep a food journal, I was surprised at all the extra food I ate. I now eat smaller portions and every 3 hours have a little bit of something, Im diabetic

Im down 6 lbs since Jan 1st
