Low energy
« on: December 18, 2016, 07:32:18 am »
Any one else over 50 years old and have chronic pain dealing with low energy. I am always searching for products to help with my low energy. I am trying the B12 sublingual tablets. I took them in the past and believe they helped.

I have bouts of low energy, haven't been able to find anything yet to help. If you find something please share it on here.

I have done searches online for the vitamins etc I need, and the levels as I get older.

I actually printed out the benefits of the various vitamins, and keep track (usually daily) to make sure I get what I need.

Often, my low energy is because I have forgotten the vitamins for several days (when stress and other things cause me to forget), or I have not had enough protein in my diet.

I do take the range of B vitamins, Be sure you research them carefully.  There are some versions of some B vitamins that are healthier than the same vitamin but better version. Same with vitamin D.

My energy is pretty much always low.  Some days I feel a little more energetic in the morning and usually try to do too much and then for two days after I can hardly go.......I just try to take each day as it comes.  Maybe I should try what you suggested.  Have a good day and hope you feel peppier soon.  I am 63 so I don't know how much I can expect with my health issues so I try to appreciate what I can do.

I am 46, and my energy is very low.  I am taking iron pills but doesn't seem to help.
