I'm excited to see this. It won't be for a bit longer though. I know what the basic plot is but it's been hard to avoid any possible spoilers.

That was awesome. If you're a Star Wars fan and still iffy on seeing it, you're missing out. Go see it! I wanna go see it again, lol.

I saw it last night and honestly it was disappointing. There were some fantastic battle scenes with lots of special effects, but even those were overdone. It would have been a better movie if they had not tried to link it to Star Wars.

I use to like Star Wars when it came out when I was little. I gave the one that came out last year a shot but it is just not my thing.

I went to see it on Christmas and thought it was amazing (even better than The Force Awakens, which seemed to parallel A New Hope a little too much). It was by far the best of the "prequels", adding more to the original trilogy by closing some of the plotholes that Star War fans have pointed out over the years. Once it comes out on DVD, I'd love to watch this right before the original trilogy; I've heard others that basically went home and watch ANH right after seeing this in the theater, and were very impressed how smoothly it integrated into that plotline.

My sister has been talking about this since the last Star Wars movie was released, haha. I would love for us all to go see it together, but we've been busy, and now everyone is sick! I hope it stays in theaters for a few more weeks so we can have an opportunity to see it.  :glasses-nerdy:

Saw it on 12/27/16 & wasn't sure what I was getting into because I stopped watching anything star wars since the disappointments of the episodes about the rise of  Darth Vader in which the meaning of the Force was totally destroyed in which can never be repaired! I was surprised at the end of rogue one because it perfectly length to the time line leading to a new hope! It was awesomely done & has reignited a new hope in the star wars future which I've cut lose a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away........

I've seen this one twice at this point and I think it was amazing! I was somewhat let down by The Force Awakens, but I found the characters here very captivating! No spoilers, but yes, Vader is a boss in this film!

Google JediJohnnie and May the Force be with you!

I had the opportunity to see it last week while on vacation. This is the first Star Wars film I've seen on the big screen since my parents took me to see A New Hope back in the 70's.  I was neither disappointed nor overwhelmed with it.  It did "fill in a few gaps" to the backstory.
