Misleading ads
« on: December 02, 2016, 04:19:40 am »
This is one of those misleading ads that runs on clixsense and promises this is a job. I dont think it is right to run this and he has for years.

That is why newbies are so dissappointed here. :(

I hate ads that are misleading. I've done some "offers" like that. I click the link and it is nothing like the description.

Yeah I would say that would cause a lot of disappointment, I want to know where all that "form" work is.  Expecting pay up to $25 and then finding videos of .05 and .1 definitely misleading.

Actually, this is how I first heard about Fusion Cash. It was years back. I had just gotten my first computer at the age of 62 and was trying to earn a little money on line but still very suspicious about these on line sites.  Clixsense was the first site I signed up with and I got the Fusion Cash ad. I researched FC separately from the ad and soon signed up.

This is my first time seeing this. I'm glad I found out about FC through other ways. Otherwise, I would've missed out on all the money I've made here.

It may just be me, but aside from a few typos, I don't see anything wrong with this ad or see anything that is outright misleading.

I agree.  I believe that the only thing misleading about this ad is the preconceived idea that the 'job' is a traditional one.

An ad very similar to this one ( in fact this may very well be the ad ) had an audio recording to it. At the very beginning of the audio it was stated that this is not a traditional typing or data entry job and that if you are looking for that kind of job, this may not be the page for you.

Ads are designed to peak your interest.  If the ad does arouse your curiosity enough for you to check it out, try doing what I do: Keep a realistic view of the ad, do your homework, look over the site carefully and explore reviews about whatever the advertisement may be ( this is where Youtube comes in very handy ).

By then you may be in a much better position to determine if the ad is something you may want to pursue.  I know that it's frustrating because there is so much glitter on the net.  Keep it real, keep it balanced and find what works for you.  :)

By the way, be careful about posting any links on the Fusion Cash forum.

I avoid those ads.  If it is a survey site that I want to check out I will check it out when I am online again.

This is what is misleading:
"...you will get paid anywhere from $.50 cents to $25.00 per form."  Have you seen any forms to fill out? Have any of you gotten paid $25 per form? Nah. Even the $.50 is higher than normal. Forms are not surveys. They are something like what ran a couple years ago, the transcription job entering data for the business cards.

The offer forms are from the companies wanting you to sign up for their offer.  The higher paying ones charge a fee to sign.  It is true, they are not surveys.  It's also true that I, personally, do not do these offers.

Maybe this misleading ad should focus more on the surveys, tasks and videos since that is what most of us do here anyway.  I would agree with that.

OH YEAH! I remember doing the transcription of business cards! That was a crowdflower task a loooong time ago.

That's just a smooth advertiser on Clixsense. Don't pay attention to them. They are too shady. They are only good for one thing... paying some money to get more hits on your website and rise in search engines.
