Inernational Phone Calls

I received a phone call from Chili today.  The country. 

I did not answer it.  Just curious as to if any body else has received a phone call from there?  My Mammaw got one a few years ago from Jamaica.  She answered it and they told her she had won some big amount of money and to call a second number to collect her winnings.  I told her not to call it.  When you called the number you were auto charged $25 just for making the call.  And since you dialed the number you would pay the charge.  I have googled the number that called me but cannot find anything.

WOW!  You were smart not to answer it.  Unless you know someone there, I'm sure it was probably some kind of scam.

I get scam calls from the IRS and they ae getting to be sooooooo annoying
