Wow so vague, well happy to say I have a good memory somewhat eidetic since I visualize many words when I play Scrabble, thousands   Many people can improve their memory by playing games like that and for those who have killed their brain cells through alcohol and drugs that certainly doesn't help you with memory or other functions.

I have a good memory. I always leave myself notes just in case, but I usually don't have a problem remembering anything.

Long term memory is still good.  It's the short term memory that I have issues with.  And, yes, I have post-a-notes everywhere!

I do like to write down lists though, sometimes I write things I need to do on a post-it & post it on the wall.  This way I don't have to keep thinking about whatever it is & can think about other things.  It is somewhat liberating to not always have to keep ruminating whatever it is in my mind.

I use to have a better memory than I do today. A lot more notes than there use to be.

My memory is OK but not as good as it used to be. I have to write little notes to remind myself to do things.
