decorating

we have been decorating inside and out side today everyone has helped it was a lot easier then when it was just me and the kids doing it the only things left to do is the tree inside and the one in my yard i am wiped out because i am still fighting this dam flu bug that i got i love when everything is done and wanted to get it done before we leave on our trip on the 29th

I have been taking it slow and easy. My wife has been not so slow and easy but she is a total Holiday nut. She spent two days decorating for Halloween and one whole day decorating for Thanksgiving. She also spent a day and a half taking all of these decorations down. I helped bring her decoration boxes up from the crawl space which took about an hour and continued to work. I picked up our fresh cut Christmas tree from Costco yesterday. Because of the low price and good quality they usually sell out very quickly. It is now in a tree stand and we will give it a week for the branches to stretch out before we start hanging ornaments. The kids always like to help with ornaments and my daughter said that she would come home on Sunday to help (she only lives forty minutes away).
