FC Survey: Recruit For An Online Chat
« on: October 28, 2016, 02:15:56 pm »
SO I did this one that takes a few weeks to credit. I did everything that was asked of my. I got an e-mail asking for another response. So I went to it to reply. Then I got another email telling me that it would take 4-6 weeks to review my responses. I accidentally went into the other e-mail, and somehow hit the link. Now it says I was disqualified and only got 1 cent! I really think this is a problem because there was a lot of time and effort put into it, only to have an accident disqualify me?!
Has anyone ELSE have had this happen before? I'm filling a help ticket right now.

They were separate offers. I did about 3 of those in a month and disqualified from a few more. As long as you completed the one your initially qualified for and completed you'll get credit

As frustrating as surveys can be at times, I am try to do a few each day even though I don't qualify for most of them.

survey are not that complicated there quite easy just be honest wether you phase out or the survey goes through . I've noticed the more your honest the better and sometimes the higher priced surveys come your way

I will have to wait and see. FushionCash told me there was nothing they could do about it. The problem was, the company had left it OPEN so if we wanted to leave more comments, it wasn't officially closed until 11:59 PM that night. I hit it somewhere in the afternoon, so it should never have been a disqualification.
I did get a message back from the company. They said I am good on their end and they need to just review the answers, which will take 4-6 weeks.
What I am having a hard time with is the copy/paste response from FushionCash every time there is a problem. It's always the same answer. Makes me frustrated! Especially since this was on THEIR end!

You would access any third party multiple day like that directly from the link you received. If you clicked on a link here with the same title then it was a separate offer. You should've been accessing it from the link you got in your email.

It was through my e-mail where the link was, not FC. And it was supposed to have been still active until that night, but someone how, it disqualified me and FC is saying it's the surveyor, not them, that I have to check with, but the surveyor told me to check with FC to find out why it disqualiafied me because the study was not even closed yet at that time. For some reason though, that link said I had already do ne the survey and redirected me to FC. That's why I am confused and frustrated over this!
