I don't particularly like Turkey-it's too dry.  so If I am cooking it has to be a Capon with dressing.  I like Ham and sometimes I will change up what I want to eat.

I love fried turkey, ham is okay but I rarely eat it because of all the salt in it; maybe once or twice a year.

It's all about the turkey. I love the distinct taste and massive bird is just the best.

For deli cuts, I like ham more than turkey. For some reason turkey is always dry for me (have to add mayonnaise, ketchup, or ranch)

We pretty much have what you have too except for at the very beginning we usually have several platters of veggies and dip and cheese and crackers to pass around while waiting for the turkey to get done.

Turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas. For sides we have stuffing, mashed potatos green bean casserole and and onion casserole. Oh and homemade cranberry sauce.  For dessert plum pudding and hard sauce.
