I was looking at the ads and just wondered if they change daily, or how often we can click on them?

Did u mean offers when you said 'ads' in your question

I am assuming they are, and coming to your Q, offers don't change daily. There are three definite categories in those as you have already noticed:

Free/Non CC: for which you don't have to give out your CC details they are mostly surveys, freebies, or giving your e-mail id;
Subscription: You have to give your CC details and will in some cases be charged for completing the offers in case they are not just free trials;
Daily: These are the three offers you can do everyday and get credited (MyThoughtsCount, Giveusur2cents and Paid2Click).

Once you complete the offer they disappear from you offers page, unless they are the Daily kind. You cannot repeat the other offers as they disappear from your offers page once you are credited for that. New offers keep coming up in your account but I am not sure how often. (Maybe somebody can post about this )

the offers update every so often. I've been here for two or so months and they've probably updates four times.
but there are always the daily offers and the referrals.

And don't kid yourself, the daily offers and referrals can pay off very well. I just cashed out over $300 today from nothing but free offers and referral bonuses.
