Clowns!!

I am so upset and very scared of what is happening in the world with these people dressing up as clowns and scaring people by chasing them down to rob them and some are breaking into homes! Last night I was riding my stationary bike on my enclosed outside porch and every acorn that dropped sounded like foot steps and I was paranoid thinking a clown was going to attack me from behind! I know it sounds funny but NO bozo will get the best of me and he will go down if I ever see one in person!

That's terrible. This is the first I've heard about these clowns. Sounds pretty creepy. My husband has a clown phobia. When he was a kid his dad took him to McDonald's when they had Ronald statues sitting on a bench. His parents wanted to get a picture of him with it and he freaked out. Years later a guy dressed as Ronald McDonald tries to hug him and he decked the clown. After we began dating a clown tried to shake his hand and he just told the clown that he'd go away if he enjoyed eating without a straw. So, naturally I had to take him to Ripley's Haunted Adventure in Gatlinburg, TN. I promised him that there were no live characters so he agreed. He screamed all the way through as the live actors chased him around and grabbed at his feet. I never laughed so hard. I just knew he was going to kill me.

this world is so horrible now a days, getting to the point I am starting to get scared to go out at night. I rather just stay home.

A carry a sharpened pocket knife and my keys with me at night if I have to take my dog out. My apartment complex is fairly quiet and my husband and I have never had any issues since we've lived here, but I'd rather be prepared just in case.

My grand-daughter called me to tell me about those. 

They were freaking her out, and she wanted to warn me.

I hate clowns.  This just confirms to me why they are creepy.

If a person has to go to such lengths to disguise himself, with the intention of frightening you, something is really off.

Has any of the clown attacks turned out to NOT be a hoax? Every clown attack I have seen reported is followed a couple days later with someone being charged with filing a false police report.

There have been clowns in the town next to us.  They robbed someone walking.  Came out if a wooded area dressed in the stupid clown costumes.

There are lot of clowns in the guise of politics and running for the President of the USA.  Now those are where the clowns are.
