I went about 26 hours without sleep. I flew back to Florida from Hawaii and had a 5 hour delay at the Arizona airport. sleep is my best friends!!!

I have gone as long as about 35-40 hours.  I felt horrible!  It was due to the stress I was feeling at the time and I could not sleep. Although no longer at such an extreme, I have what I call "mild insomnia" and still only sleep 4-5 hours many nights.  When it has gone on too long and I feel my function affected, I take a sleeping pill.

No longer then 24 hours, my body just shuts down otherwise and even that long is a stretch for me!!!

I have done that, but will never do that again.  The body must rest in order to perform the tasks you have to do.

I did 24 hours back in 2014 for my final exam. I will never done it anymore bc the body need to be rest between 12 to 2 bc that's when your body produce cholesterol and glycogen works better. Body need to be rest bc that will help to gain more energy

33 hours when I was in college writing my research paper, finish my lab report, and studying for several midterms/test. Wasn't too bad going to class because all I had to do is hand in the research paper and the lab report to my professors. The test/midterm was easy, just needed to refresh some course materials. Driving home was also easy since my home is located near my community college and also I was awake with coffee

If you mean recently, probably about 6 hours. I only sleep 4 to 6 hours at night, then have two or three naps during the day. Life is good.
