fairs or carnivals

Have to say fairs because there is more variety and kids are grown now so not interested in the carnivals.  Really don't trust the rides at the carnivals

Fairs by far, I heard people wear thongs liberally at carnival.

I like state fairs, they have more food . I hate the rides in general sooo

I have not attended either for many years, but I use to enjoy fairs. We have a county fair every year and I keep saying i am going to attend but have not made it there yet!

I went to a crappy carnival this past weekend. I'd much prefer holiday fairs that usually pop up around here. Usually more rides and more people arrive.
