Sometimes one and sometimes the other.  Mostly ignore or say as little as possible.  At one point a couple of years ago got into a big FB battle with an ex-sister in law and it just kept going until finally I had to unfriend her.  It just isn't worth it.  Have unfollowed a couple of family members because of all the political back and forth.  I don't know i guess you have to do what you feel is right.

Yes the political back and forth is always difficult!

When you post or share something on Facebook and a family member or person makes a comment and twists it around, do you reply or ignore? How do you handle those comments? It makes it difficult because I want to stand up for myself but I don't want to start drama.

Sometimes I will fire back.  Or just delete the entire post which deletes their snarky comment.  I had one a few months ago and I ended up blocking 2 (a mother and daughter).  I am an adult and I am way to old for teenage drama.

I don't have any friends or family that like me so that's a non issue but if i post something controverscial or contradict someone i'm going to have to live with being disagreed with. I try to communicate positively and tactfully and be diplomatic if argued with.
