I can't cashout

I send my driver 2 months ago. I am still not able to cashout it's frustrate me bc i spent my times doing it. Now i can't get pay. I need somebody to help me cashout please

What do you mean you can't cashout?  What does it say?  I am awaiting cashout currently.

 It keep says," You have not provided and verified a telephone number. Please verify your telephone number before cashing out." I fax my driver license 2 months ago. I do not why it does not fix.

from what I remember years ago I had to do a phone verification back in 2012 and then i was able to do cashouts. Is that what isn't working?

Send in a Support Ticket if your "phone verification" isn't working for you.  However, in your statement, you don't even mention the phone verification or if you've even gone there.  This is what it says in the TOS:

"Telephone Verification. Before a user may cashout, he/she must provide and verify a telephone number using our automated system. The system requires a unique telephone number with tone dialing, and is compatible with dial-up internet access. We do not use your telephone number for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. "

i could only tell you to is to submit a support ticket. this site usually gets back to you within 24 hours.
