It only appears in the popular section now. It only appears at random so we won't see it all the time.

It seems to finally work for me as well. I noticed it won't show up under offers until it has been at least 24 hours since you last did it. That is why so many people don't see the offer. If you signed in during the evening and see it, then do it... You won't see it again until 24 hours after you've been credited. So if you sign in the next morning, you are not going to see it.

All you have to do is keep refreshing the page where the popular offers are. It does show up. I've seen it everyday and just got credit today.

I did it today, but it didn't credit. I remember once before it took hours to credit, so I'm still hoping it will show up. But at least I got to search for a hotel for a weekend trip my wife and I are planning to take.
