I never donated any money to charity but recently I bought something off of ebay and i was going to donate but they wouldnt count my credit card

I donate every time there is an opportunity. Last week I gave ten dollars for a corporate charity.  I have donate twenty hours of my time to different charities so far this year.  At the end of the year I take ten percent of everything I have earned outside of my two and a half jobs and contribute to a charity. I also try to buy a knick knack from the charity for everyone on my Christmas list in order to bring awareness of the less fortunate. Last year I bought fifteen hats from a charity that helps gang members escape gang activity, pinned a five dollar bill to each hat, and encouraged all who received my gift to give the hat and the five dollars to the next homeless person they encounter. I also made a donation in each one of their names.

That's very good of you all! Glad to see people going the extra mile.  I donate when I can, which unfortunately is seldom these days. I found a rescue for blind cats that I donated money to. At the very least, I do my click-to-donates online.  Once a month when the truck for veterans and their families roll in I try to make sure to put out a bag for them.

Yes, I donate money to animal rescues, elder organizations, and cancer research.   I also donate my time to a nursing home.

I pretty much donate to local charities for children,the homeless and veterans. Smaller local charities tend to have a smaller overhead so that more moneys for direct services

That's wonderful! I also donate to charities, money and items that they need. I also volunteer my time at a few local places.

I do. Lots of different ones. I also buy goods for charities, especially those geared towards children. I work with a few different charities locally also.

A friend of mine from high school lost everything from the floods in Louisianna.  Thank you for helping.  I just donated to a marathon...a friend at work is running for African kids... I'm not exactly sure which part of Africa...if it's for school supplies, shelter or church.... but he was doing this for those less fortunate.
