Signed up for twitter bonus but still got rejected anyways

As the topic title already said I logged in with my twitter account, followed yours, even made sure i had the right amount of followers, and wouldn't you know it, I still got turned down.

So what did i do wrong?

Edit: Never mind I just checked and just found out i don't have a single follower to my name.
