I am so ready for cooler weather. I love Autumn.

I love gardening, and have a vegetable garden. However, with this humidity, I am sooo wiped out after just a short time out thee.

The heat has done a number on a few things like broccoli, but the tomatoes do nothing but multiply in the heat and humidity. I am drowing in t'maters now...ha ha ha.

I am a broccoli by nature, not a tomato.

I just got my new roof on my house. It left me with saw dust, flying around awh really is not nice, My house needs a good rain to complete the job. I would like to get some rain and sorry for the floods, send some of that wet stuff over here.

  In East Texas it has been raining for several days and we're expecting a few more before we get any sunshine. I'm sure the bayou is crowning. Gotta make up for the missed morning jogs due to the rain. Usually we get lots of storms this time of year so we keep a close eye on the gulf. We used to live in Galveston so we pay attention to the weather there in case we decide to make a trip back for the weekend, here and there.
