Still on a health diet and I lost some pounds, hair is healthier, and I do feel better. Eight months in, is your resolution going well? I would love to read a story. Have a gr8 day

Thanks for the reminder! I am ahead of the game on all goals except health which is usually the one that I struggle with the most. Three weeks ago I downloaded a phone application that pays me small amounts for every day that I do thirty minutes of exercise, pays me for eating pre-forecasted fruit and vegetables and pays me to keep track of my daily food intake. If I miss my goals the penalty is more than I could get paid by this application for an entire week so my incentive to succeed is really good. I am not driven by the rewards as much as I am by having to pay a penalty.  I have not missed a goal yet-even when I took a vacation for two days. This is a win-win because one of my goals had been to find additional streams of income and this is helping me become more fit.

New Years resolutions are useless. Of course they are doomed to fail. Everybody is forcing themselves to do something they don't want
