adult coloring books

my sister has just finished her second one at the beginning of this month.
The first one showed all the women in the old testament.
the second one shows the women of the new testament.
A publishing company in Nashville commissioned her.
She had a deadline that was a bit tough.
She has to make templates for each page.
Some designs take two pages side by side.
She has a full time job too.
The ones she has done are religious ones.

Well, good for her. Sounds like a really good gig.

Personally, I have yet to see the enticement of adult coloring books. 

I think it's a good idea, but it doesn't appeal to me at this point.

That is exciting to me to hear that your sister does the drawing to create the adult coloring books.  She must be very talented!

I hear this is a great stress reliever for a lot of people.  I haven't tried it but I'd like to sometime..

There is just one major thing that I have never been able to outgrow, and that's coloring in a coloring book. It is such a stress reliever for me personally. I have never owned an adult coloring book however. I have just been coloring in all of the children's appropriately aged books. I believe I should invest in some grown up books, though, I don't believe it will be too much of a difference for me. I just really love to color.

That's really awesome that she was able to get a job coloring! I really love coloring books. I think it's fun and stress relieving. But I do think I'm horrible at coloring.

That sounds great.  She must be very talented.  I'm looking forward to getting a coloring book and start coloring.  It is suppose to help with stress.

the adult coloring books are much more detailed and intricate. they are a great way to pass time and are  great stress relievers
