Do you eat zucchini?

It's good. I like it. It's funny how a person who hates vegetables, namely a friend of mine, will totally eat zucchini bread and love it.

They do get extremely large if you forget about them in your garden. Monstrously huge even.

Personally, I believe Americans will eat anything that's fried and love it. I think you could cut up old tires in small pieces, fry them and people would love them.

Yes I do.  I have them in salad, roasted etc.  I'm going to make boats for dinner.

I do, and had to laugh as Im having some tonight, trying a new recipe that is chicken stuffed with zucchini and cheese

I sautet it with sausage and yellow squash put a little of salt, pepper and soy sauce.

Zucchini bread is amazing. My grandma makes the best I've ever tasted.

I never ate it since I always hated squash. One day my friend an I went to Carrabbas, and she insisted on ordering zucchini fries as an appetizer. She convinced me to try just one so see if I liked them and they were so good! Now every time my husband and I go there we have to order them.

Now that the garden is done for the year,  I am using the frozen zucchini I have saved.

Chocolate zucchini bread is the favoite, and one of the favorite food memories of my four grand-daughters.
