Do you eat zucchini?

I love zucchini. I fry it, casserole it, boil it, make zucchini bread. How do you eat It. I grow it in my backyard. Have a gr8 day

Yes, I love zucchini! It's probably my favorite vegetable. I like it fried and I love making zucchini noodles.

Yes I eat it. It's one of my favorite veggies. Last time I used zucchini I roasted it in the oven and made chips. Very good.

This morning i made zucchini boats while the weather was cool.  I made some cornbread stuffing (well a box cooked some susage , also chopped up onions and celery and cooked with  the stuffing. Mixed it all together,  cut the zucchini in half, took all of thecenter seeds and puffy insides out. mixed  the stuffing and sasuage  together put in the center, baked on  375 degrees for about an hour checked the zucchini too see if it was done, then put a lot of morzzalea  cheese on it and let it melt and brown.  Good thing i made up two  whole ones, as hubby ate almost half of one  for lunch . The other s go to the ministry of hop where i volunteer for potluck.

I have it from time to time with a steak when I go out... Other than that I do not use it in any recipes.

I love zucchini. I too grow it in my garden.

I grate it for chocolate zucchini bread, make casseroles, side dishes, chop it, slice it.....it is a very versatile veggie.

Love Zucchini!  We make bread with it, slice it and make omelets out of it, and even make "pasta" out of it.  We use a "Vegetti" to shred it in long shreds to get the pasta-like noodle.  Like Eggplant, I can eat Zucchini all day long.

yes i do. my mom fries it and we can eat a few at a time. so good. love it.

I rarely eat zucchini, but I like it. It's one of those vegetables that I forget about, and don't think to buy.
