  Mexican Food...not my type of food...very spicy, too much fat...very, very unhealthy! My favorite foods are mostly organic...steamed or baked...very bland, no fats!

mexican food doesn't have to be fattening if you cook it yourself - i make awesome quesadillas that are actually pretty healthy for you 


but i admit, i do love me some heart clogging enchiladas and nachos sometimes!

I love a good homemade mexican casseole with lots of seasoning.

I make some killer cheese/onion enchiladas with green chile sauce. Also make some good chimicangas.

I agree that Mexican food does NOT have to be unhealthy.

Although... I'd rather go to the gym once in a while and eat some good tasting food every once in a while. You only live once, why live it bland?

Mine would have to be carne asada anything, or carnitas.  With all the fixins of course.  Not all mexican food is fattening either.  It all depends on how you prepare it.
