Don't cancel, just let it alone for awhile then you can always come back.  I know you are new and maybe frustrated, but honestly you can make money here.  Will you get rich or be able to quit your job, NO, but seriously you can make money.  Why cancel, just try it a little longer.  Good luck!

As others have posted, no need to cancel.  You are only allowed one sign up, period. If you cancel and change your mind, you will not be allowed to sign up again.

I have been with FC many years. The first month, I was disappointed but after the second month, I began to like the site eventually loving it.

   I suggest you just take a short break.  When you start back complete your $5 sign up offer.  On days that you feel like login in too FC, do a few quick videos to make 5 cents, then do the daily 15 cent "Paid To Click".   This will only take a few minutes and in no time you will have the $25 to cashout.  There are many ways to earn here but that is where I would start.   You will not get rich here but FC is a legit GetPaidTo siteto earn extra cash.  Good luck, I hope you stay.

Aww, don't cancel. I agree with others on this list. It's best to just take a break and come back to it later. You might change your mind. It's not that hard to cash out every few months (with very minimal effort).

I made $14.15 took a survey yesterday, didn't qualify so I got a penny, went to check my balance lost some of my money and now its back to $8.75. log in today still $8.75 if that's whats going to keep happening when I work hard to try and get that much I'm done I want to cancel my account.

The only thing I can think of is that you let credits sit for more than 6 months. They do expire after more than 180 days.

How long have you been a member? Have you been here for over 180 days without requesting payment?

The rule is that you have 180 days before offers expire unless you request payment. That should easily be done doing very little earning only an average of 14 cents a day in order to reach $25 before that time

You only have to earn around $1 a week to cashout before the 180 days. That can be done doing the bare minimum but remember if you cancel your account you can't ever make another one
