marketing
« on: July 08, 2016, 06:44:49 am »
I recently moved from one independent facility to another one in the same city.
The two are rivals.
As a resident, I can make comparisons.
I watched the marketing rep as she showed friends of our family the place I live now.
They knew where I moved from.
They are going to look there next week. Ultimately, they have to decide for themselves.
A marketing rep never says anything bad about the competition.
He or she just shows the perks and benefits of the facility he/she is representing.
He /she will not sway the customer in warning or flowery comments.
I think that person would make a good lawyer.

What's an independent facility? I'm not following the conversation too well. Maybe if you explain it better...
