Livesample Problem

I have been receiving this message from Livesample yesterday.

"Thank you for trying
Uh oh... We have found a problem with either verifying your identity, or are having an issue with some of the answers you gave to questions we have previously asked. Unfortunately, we cannot allow you to take surveys at this time. If you feel like you have received this message in error, please reach out to member care here."

Can someone please clarify this issue?

You'll never know what the problem is until you contact them.  When you open the Live Sample survey page, in the upper right hand corner of that page, click on "Need Help?" and contact them there.  You can tell them of the message you're receiving and wait for their reply.

I sent in a help message on May 29 about not being able to complete surveys and just got a response today that they unblocked my email address

I would contact them and hopefully it doesn't take them almost a month to get back to you
